Manage and direct the over-all implementation of COM’s mandate on training and organizing for power of people in Mindanao. Provide direction to the Mindanao Team to ensure that implementation of different projects is in accordance with the vision, mission and goals and objectives of CO Multiversity. Conduct monitoring activities to ensure efficient and quality implementation of the projects. Ensure a conducive and supportive working environment to all Mindanao-based staff. Facilitate program management committee meeting to ensure management support system. Write proposals, feasibility study, and program reports and updates to partner funders. Deal and work closely with different funders and partners such as Oxfam International, Oxfam Hongkong, Lutheran World Relief, The Asia Foundation, Asian Community Thrust – Japan, German Technical Cooperation (GTZ), Trocaire and Local Governance Support Program in ARMM, among others. Respond to training request and assistance of different partners both in Civil Society and in Government.
