Service Description

Objectives: 1. Shared their mediation experiences, including difficulties and lessons learned 2. Provided recommendations for enhancement of mediation practices; and 3. Come up with mediation plans for their re-entry to their communities. MODULE 1: HEALING & RECONCILIATION MODULE 2: DISPUTE RESOLUTION MECHANISMS Course 4 is the last course of a ladderized e-EDRMP training course package of MedNet. This course consists of only two Modules that spread for almost 16 hours (2 days). In this course, the learners are expected to have undergone the training on basics of e-EDRMP, conflict mapping and mediation. To a more important note, all learners must have mediation experiences. The first Module focuses on the different healing and reconciliation perspectives and its universal core pillars. Also, the learners will be introduced to transitional justice and will hear about the local examples of healing & reconciliation practices. After which, the learners will focus on dispute resolution mechanisms and how to design and develop them.
