Isa sa tatlong community mediators si Claricel o "Cla" mula sa Christ the King Parish ng Kisolon, sa ilalim ng pangangalaga ng Diocese ng Malaybalay sa Sumilao sa Bukidnon, na tumanggap ng EDRMP training mula sa MedNet. Sa kasalukuyan, isa siyang Program Coordinator sa Physical Rehabilitation Center ng Lokal na Pamahalaan ng Sumilao at Youth Adviser ng Sumilao Indigenous Peoples Youth Organization.
