Rachel "Che" Aquino has over 20 years of experience in conflict resolution project implementation and management. She is an accredited mediator by the Office for Alternative Dispute Resolution of the Department of Justice.


She is finishing her PhD in Philippine Studies, focused on the Moro conflict, at the University of the Philippines in Diliman. She teaches #EnvironmentalNegotiation at the Ateneo de Manila University. She is also a founding member and the Vice President for Luzon of MedNet.
