#WomenInMediation featuring Ma. Victoria "Vicky" Delgado

"Women mediators are strong willed, emphatic and have a heart on peace building in the community or agrarian reform communities. Mediation in agrarian reform may not be an easy task; but I do not consider it as a work or a job. It carries with me the dedication, hard work and enthusiasm for the attainment of harmonious relationships among the stakeholders."

Vicky has three decades of experience in #agrarianreform having been in various roles for more than 33 years in the Department of Agrarian Reform. At present she is the Municipal Agrarian Reform Program Officer of the Municipality of Manapla, Negros Occidental. She resolves and mediates agrarian disputes, conducts research as well as serves as a resource person for these agrarian cases.

She earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Negros Occidental-Recoletos in May 2022 and a Masters degree in Public Administration from the Northern Negros State College of Science and Technology in 2018.
